One in five accounting and auditing employers are rejecting candidates because of job hopping employment records, despite the fact that the oversupply of skilled professionals is contracting, according to the latest Lloyd Morgan Skills Index.

This increase has been across a broad category of mainly revenue earning roles including transaction accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll as well as financial accountants, business analysts and finance managers.
